Australian Grain Centre – Facility Repurposing
In 2024, Promako was engaged to upgrade a storage facility in Forrestfield, Western Australia. The purpose of the refurbishment was to insulate the storage facility.
The comprehensive scope of works included:
- High-volume washdown and thorough surface preparation
- Complete removal of skylights / damaged cladding and replacement with cladding
- Application of specialised insulating coatings (Polyurethane Foam)
- Installation of new insulated Panels
Practical Completion was achieved in September 2024.
